I was recently scammed out of $1k every last penny in my savings.

I have no idea how to recover from this, I can't even afford a temp sms to make a telegram account. I was really bargaining on learning enough to make my own service or even do some personal refunds to build capital start up some services here.
Any advice would be appreciated.
