Just looking for a place to learn about what this boxing service involves. Any wiki or good resource I can read about this? Like some sort of dark net Wikipedia?

Im not looking to get spoon-fed, just couldn't find any information on google. 

So what I have gathered is, its used in combination with the refund fraud (amazon etc) basically you have someone fake the shipping label making it look like the package was successfully returned, when in reality it is not). Correct or wrong?
