- Make the maximum length for signatures 600 characters with 3 images limit.

+ Achievable usergroups requirements are too high for now, make it 250, 500, 1000. (This can be increased in future.) Credits prize and rep power will be reduced as well. 

+ Still no button to remove PM's notifications.
