It looks like there’s a misunderstanding here. First, let’s clarify, PGC is the owner of the bot that sells prepaid gift cards. If you’re referring to an issue with your balance not updating after depositing $10 in crypto or a refund for a card that was used before purchase, rest assured that your case is not being ignored.

My support person, Sonic Jr., who handles all support inquiries, has 100% responded to you, as long as you DM’d him directly. This is the process we instruct all customers to follow in the prepaid chat. If you haven’t received a response, it’s possible that you haven’t actually messaged him yet.

The admin is currently sorting through every ticket one by one, and because of the high number of requests, it may take some time. However, we want to resolve your issue. If you haven’t DM’d my support account yet, do so now so we can get it sorted for you. You are not being ignored, there is just a large queue of tickets being processed.

nothing to do with that lol my card was used instantly after buying them, even to this day I have now bought over 20 cards and those 2 cards worth 300 in total were used instantly was a one time bad experience and the owner did not do anything about it. He took the ban and saw the dispute to lol and I n eed comepnsation for the $300 in Visas

First off, if you had an issue, you should’ve reached out to my support person, Sonic Jr., first. That’s the standard process for all customers, and if you didn’t do that, then jumping straight to a scam report is just unnecessary.

Second, we’ve made it clear multiple times that these cards are buy-at-your-own-risk products. If you know how prepaid gift cards work, you’d understand that once a card is sold, it’s removed from our system. From that point on, it’s completely out of our hands. If it gets used, misplaced, or anything else happens, that is not our responsibility.

That being said, we do refund in specific cases, for example, if a card was already used before purchase or if a crypto deposit didn’t reflect in your balance. But we handle these on a case-by-case basis through support.

If you actually wanted a resolution, you would’ve DMed Sonic Jr. like every other customer who needed help. If you still have an issue, follow the proper steps instead of making unnecessary claims. We’re always here to help, but only if you actually ask for it the right way.

Proxy selling is not allowed.  @SonicRefs usericon terminate any active sales threads. Re-opening these threads prior to @TheGiftCardShop resolving their ban will result in a marketplace suspension and/or account suspension.
 @TheGiftCardShop remains permanently banned, they will need to open an appeal and indemnify the customer in order for their service to be allowed back on the forum.
