First off, if you had an issue, you should’ve reached out to my support person, Sonic Jr., first. That’s the standard process for all customers, and if you didn’t do that, then jumping straight to a scam report is just unnecessary.
Second, we’ve made it clear multiple times that these cards are buy-at-your-own-risk products. If you know how prepaid gift cards work, you’d understand that once a card is sold, it’s removed from our system. From that point on, it’s completely out of our hands. If it gets used, misplaced, or anything else happens, that is not our responsibility.
That being said, we do refund in specific cases, for example, if a card was already used before purchase or if a crypto deposit didn’t reflect in your balance. But we handle these on a case-by-case basis through support.
If you actually wanted a resolution, you would’ve DMed Sonic Jr. like every other customer who needed help. If you still have an issue, follow the proper steps instead of making unnecessary claims. We’re always here to help, but only if you actually ask for it the right way.
