Messages sent in Marketplace TAB in shoutbox cannot be edited when the Cooldown is active.

I can press on Edit and also it shows me the content


But the input textbox is disabled on cooldown


So maybe include a check if someone tries to edit a shoutbox message on cooldown and only disable new Messages not editing sent ones.

It was fixed at some point now its back
