Payments come in through PayPal (goods/services), but nothing actually ships out — most buyers file disputes or chargebacks after about 8 days, which leaves the account negative.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
1. Aged PayPal account with no holds
2. Able to handle $1.8K+ per transaction with zero issues
3. No-hold limit of at least $2K/month (don’t bother if it’s less)
4. Can cash out and send me crypto same-day or within 24 hours
5. Fully willing to burn the PayPal account for this
