6. Describe the Issue:

Turnkey service that got stretched across eight days. Refunder failed to complete the service. Seller constantly ignored me for days and days, even when he was active in his channel. When he finally did the order he claimed that my card doesn't have 3ds, but I checked with my bank and it does. When he offered to try another card he also ignored me and responded the next day.

client paid $40 for supplies.

two attempts were made to place an order:

1) the customer was warned in advance that we would need a code for 3ds, the customer ignored this request and did not hand over the code - the first attempt was wasted.
2) the second attempt was also wasted, amazon did not provide a form to enter the code when purchasing - wasted attempt. 

after the first unsuccessful attempt the customer was warned that in case of a second failure it would be necessary to pay extra for consumables - the customer agreed and we continued the work.
