5. Describe the Issue:
I did a refund with zino for a friend of mine, it used "method 1" and it was successful, i got the refund and paid him.
3-4 Days later i give him another account, but i asked him if its possible to use instant no pr instead of "method 1"
I gave him the account credentials/email access and he/his co-worker changed the account e-mail/removed otp etc, i'm okay with this, just didnt go a warning about it (previous refund he/his coworker didnt change)
I was suppose to receive the refund in 3 days, nothing happens, then my friend receives a refund for the prime subscribption,
neither i or he know why, i ask zimo but he's vague? i don't know.
He claims his co-worker/the guy working on the refund had some issues so he gave it to another co-worker
The problem: co-worker 1, from my understading, didnt gave the account back to zino/coworker 2, and zino tells me he's ghosting him, at some point he tells me it would be better to return the items and i basically say okay, but i need the account back to make the return process.
So now i'm stuck waiting for the account back (or possibly the account back + refund, i'm willing to pay what agreed)
My friend (the one who did the order) can't have this big expense, he/we only did it because the previous refund with zino was uccessful.
I don't think zino its a scammer etc but i need the account asap and i hope this thread helps.
can't be this careless with someone account/money this way, sorry.

Last conversation screenshot is today, and the last screenshow show zino's online, he surely has a lof of pm/messages but my case was an 'emergency' or whatever i suppose
Also my friend account was legit / couple of years / 50+ orders, never did a refund or stuff like that so i'm sure whatever the problem is its not my friend fault

After replying to zino the thread report, i wrote again to his co-worker and this time he gave the account back, he gave me the credentials of the new email/account.
Trying to log-in in the account it says: Your account has been closed for misuse of Amazon services. We have sent you an email with more information.
Problem is, his co-worker deleted important mails from the email before giving me the account back / the dummy email access. The only relevant info
is the fact that he converted the account to business / was invited by a business one, then again back at normal, and the there's is the email about the amazon business account being closed.
The reason if why the account was closed for "misues of amazon services" its not clear, because, again, his friend deleted these mails.
I gave him the account 10 of april, 11 of april account was closed/got closed and for 9 days basically i had to wait for nothing/he or his worker just wanted time for i dont know what, because in "Sent emails" it also empty, i don't know basically shit, i gave the account and after just 1 day they blocked it basically. Zino offered to fix the ofm
Zino said he thinks its ofm, but again the account is clean / my friend didnt know what refunds are 2 weeks ago, then he suggets the main business profile the account was associated/invite from was closed or something like that.
There is 0 responsability taken from zino/his co-worker, and basically my friend is fucked.
Stuff i discovered after writing what you've read:
The account got closed because the main business account got also closed so all the affiliate profiles too. He created the main business profile the same day/hour i gave the account. The reason i know this its because
in the emails i found the 'main' business account, out of curiosity i tried to log-in into it with the same dummy password zino/his co-worker gave me and it worked.
I don't know at this point if a scam report is relevant or if it can be applied there

I understand your point of view, but even if you didnt have any part on the refunding process you still have the same responsability, from the client/user perspective i was aware of you giving the account to a co-worker only after i sent you the credentials (This was on Refund 1 that worked). His work was associating my friend profile to an amazon business account which was created that same day, and they were both blocked the same day because the business account he created was (i suppose) linked to other account of his or because the account he created was done in some wrong way / he made some mistakes. I appreciate the offer of fixing the ofm fix, but the problem here is my friend account (i suppose) was not closed by ofm because:
1. There is no email from ofm, either because its not them who closed the account or because your co-worker deleted them
2. Does an ofm fix can even be applied here?
From what i know you get ofm if the account had problems / linked (no business) / too many refunds or stuff like that, but my friend account was spotless, as i already said he didnt even knew what refunds were. Account had 5+ years with more than 100 orders
I don't know about the chargeback and my friend would not be happy to do stuff with his bank account.
Again, my friend account was spotless, the refund itself didnt even 'Failed' because what happens is your co-worker not being able create a good amazon business account, he was linked, he made a mistake, with that mistake everything got banned and he couldnt even start the refunding process. if you log-in into an amazon account where you have to do a refund, and the account gets lets say ofm'd because you used an ip address already used on another account, and the refunding process didnt even start, who's fault? i could make even more examples

So what do you want me to do? nothings in my reach, ive returned the account this conversation is unnecessary as theres nothing i can do to solve it. i offered you a attempt to fix it, or help to chargeback and you declined both.

@Zino its not the customer responsability if one of your workers banned the account and cleared the mails so the real owner wont be able to know what he did with the account , you said 'nothing in my reach' but you should be , you own the service and you have to take all responsability .
@Zino you have 24h to find a solution with @UwuGuy since his account got banned because of you/your worker .

I've tried to contact ofm@amazon and calling them to re-open the account even temporary for 24/48h so i could download the order receipts and stuff like that, but i still didnt get any reply, because this is probably not ofm-fixable / not related to ofm
If he is able to start the return process on the profile i'm more than happy
